Out of the desire to meet each other in person, to present the book and to play the song live, Johan decided to visit the Netherlands. As a try out Eddy Modde (singer songwriter Eddie lives) organised a music night with different local musicians to play dog related songs. There are not so many songs about dogs so some artists also wrote their own. This event brings people together who like music and dogs. It also brings musicians together who normally would not play with each other or hadn’t in a long time. Of course the highlight of the evening will be the very first public presentation of the book of Renzo and the first time live performance of the song: “For Renzo and all Stray Dogs”
Johan Wallman, a Swedish author, inspirer and realtor. Proud owner of three dogs, Renzo, Oliver and Athena. During the writing of the book, Renzo, The True Story of a Stray Dog he became aware of what he wants to do in his life. He is now starting up the project, For Renzo and all stray dogs. The plan with the project is to help dogs by donating the money from the revenues of the book to dog shelters and dog adoption organizations around the world.
